#285 HOMESTEADERS TERRIFYING REALITY CHECK COPPER RIVER VALLEY

During the early 1980s, Nate and his wife Teresa were homesteading a parcel of land in the Copper River Valley when they began experiencing aggressive, unexplained activity. The phenomena began with the forceful uprooting and inversion of timber stumps and escalated to a direct, violent assault on their livestock, where half of their chicken flock was slaughtered and plucked in a predatory frenzy. While working the land, the couple encountered a massive, ash-gray skinned entity that performed a 'spider-crawl' through the underbrush to ambushing them near their coop.

Following the assault, the couple retreated to their cabin, which was besieged by an entity that knocked rhythmically on the windows and walls in an apparent search for entry points. Even after firing warning shots, the entity remained aggressive, circling the cabin and eventually hurling a giant, boulder-like object against the structure, causing the walls to shudder. The couple’s trauma was compounded when they returned to the site months later, only to be chased out by a coordinated group of entities that maintained a 'standoff' posture while observing them from the tree line.

The experience remains a stark example of the extreme, predatory nature of Sasquatch in the Copper River region, challenging the couple's initial skepticism and leaving them with a permanent, hyper-vigilant fear of the local wilderness.
