A compilation of witness statements regarding activities near Lazy Mountain. The primary account describes unexpected auditory vocalizations and behavioral mimicry intended to disrupt domestic animals and local residents near their properties.

In August, an experienced outdoorsman in his mid-60s named Douglas traveled by four-wheeler to the Savage River area where it intersects the Stampede Trail to search for signs of a missing person, Mary Wilson. Arriving near twilight under dense forest canopy, he heard loud, abnormal yelling sounds and witnessed a large silhouette cross the trail.

Around 2013, a seasonal lodge worker named Tim took four days off to join two indigenous local friends in a 20-foot Lund skiff traveling up the Kokwok River, a tributary of the Nushagak River below Ekwok. Half a mile past a teardrop-shaped gravel bar at the river's mouth, they discovered a local subsistence gill net that had been intentionally and intricately woven through with thick tree branches and driftwood.

While traveling along a remote stretch of the Taylor Highway near the Mosquito Fork bridge of the Fortymile River, north of the Tok junction, an out-of-state family—parents Walter and Bernice, and their adult college-graduate son Michael—experienced an unprecedented multi-creature encounter. Approaching the bridge clearance zone at a 300-yard distance, they observed three colossal figures walking single-file across the asphalt road.

While hiking, a mother and her young son were terrorized by several Sasquatches next to Bertha Creek on the Kenai Peninsula. As her son, who was carrying their small dog, was crying and sobbing, a smaller juvenile was mimicking back his screams and cries to perfection. Sadly, her son has been severely traumatized and she's having trouble looking for some professional help from someone who'd be open minded and sympathetic to this experience. This incident happened last week in late May of 2022.

Here's a story of mine from my younger days back in 1984 when hiking with my older sister and her boyfriend, when I heard a distinct whistle and voices in the distance where nobody was.  I also share a scarier experience of mine of voices in the wind that happened while camping with friends in Sunshine Valley.

This is my first video for the channel.  In my experience, they are not our friends, and in Alaska, they are more aggressive than encounters I've heard from the lower 48.

This first encounter I'm sharing happened to a cousin of mine back in 1967, and it shows how cunning and intelligent they are.  I also share another experience from two other relatives from 1994 from Bristol Bay, and another encounter up the Denali Highway.
