Dogs

Bernie recounts her terrible experience from 50 years ago while living alone with her dogs after the passing of her husband.

Years ago, Geraldine was out with her grandfather on the snow machine looking for caribou when he warned her about the Hairy Man.  About a year ago, she returned to Alaska and was out with her dog.  When she saw the sasquatch, her dog went to run after it when the peaceful forest friend picked him up and smashed him on the ground, killing him instantly.  She ran back to the village and told her neighbor, who told her son.  The son grabbed his rifle and went back out to retrieve her dog's body for burial.  For whatever reason, her pet was missing its head.

A share from the Resurrection Trail, mountain biker Jefferey had a brief encounter in 2019 when he saw a sasquatch cross the trail.

A share from a Steven and Dakota who are dealing with ongoing activity not too far from where I live.

Mary shares an experience while gathering water where she thought a bear was outside and sent her grandsons to chase it off.  The village decided to come together to run the sasquatch off.

Dillon, Christina, and their dog Rizzo had an experience while on a vacation near the Yukon River.  Rizzo was trying to alert them of what they initially thought was a bear.  This incident caused them to leave Alaska.

For the first part of the video, I shot some footage of the Little Susitna River, part of Knik River by Jim Creek where Craig had gravel thrown at him, and a bridge over the Matanuska River.

Greg, who lives in Europe, used to spend a lot of money to fly his dogs and equipment to Alaska to participate in the Iditarod.  About five years ago, while training a few months prior to the race, he and fellow team members stopped a few miles outside of Rainy Pass to camp out in an area with multiple available cabins before continuing the next day. That night, his dogs were huddled together in fear and kept moving around the cabin away from something outside.

John shared a very sad day along the Susitna River in Fall of 2021. This is another horrific story involving someone's dog, and how Sasquatch seem to use our love for them against us.

Ron shared his experience of a terrifying encounter on a camping trip with his young daughter that occurred south of the Denali Highway. Please note, this is one of several shares where I had audio issues.

This encounter shared by former Alaskan Don is one of the saddest I've recounted so far on this channel, especially for dog lovers.  This story also supports the case that The Hairy Man is no friend of ours, and as recounted in stories all over, they have a real disdain for man's best friend.
